Customer Service Procedure

We at Pro Tech Dispatch Services highly believe in great customer service. Great customer service is all about sending the customers away happy - happy enough to pass positive feedback about our business along to others. This is the reason why we invest so many resources in training our employees and finding the best subcontractors (like yourself) to work with

The first step is getting the lead from Pro Tech’s office. Make sure you have all the relevant details [type of job, location, price quote (if any), customer name, customer phone number]
If you are missing one of the above-mentioned details you must call the office to obtain it. Don’t call the customer for such details. In fact, don’t call the customer at all at that point. Pro Tech's dispatch office is the only authority the customer needs to hear from until you inform the customer you are on your way.
Confirm accepting the lead details immediately upon acceptance via text message or a call to the office.
You must be at the onsite on the time frame provided to you after receiving the lead details from the office
If you do not make the time window provided to you, you must inform the dispatch office.
After verifying all the relevant details with Pro Tech's dispatch office, call the customer to inform him that you are on your way.
If a customer has any question which is not related to the timing you arrive at the site, please refer the customer back to Pro Tech's dispatch office. Pro Tech's dispatch agents will handle the conversation and inform you what was the outcome of the call.
At the customer site:
- Display professionalism and responsibility. A van is the preferable vehicle in which we prefer you would show up at the customer site. Make sure your van/car is equipped with all the necessary tools and devices required to provide the Services with the highest quality standards.
- Analyze the customer needs and advise the customer about the best possible solution. Always try to provide different solutions – Providing options to clients frequently result in more closed jobs. Disclose and explain pricing upfront before doing the job all the relevant information) required to allow the customer to make an educated decision. Make sure to answer all customer questions with respect.
- Once you agree on the price and job performance, perform the work at the highest standards.
- After performing the work, collect the payment from the customer. You may accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards. We also do billing to corporate accounts.
- After performing the job and payment process, text/call Pro Tech's dispatch office with all relevant information to close the job.

Code of Ethics

Our customers want to be sure that we operate under ethical codes and professionalism. Therefore, all subcontractors shall operate and perform their duties under this code of ethics. You are hereby agreeing to the following practices:

To practice your profession in the spirit of fairness to our customers and to maintain the highest level of professional standards and the highest level of personal honesty and integrity.
To place the customers first and to respect the customer situation and needs.
To not use manipulative tactics to obtain a job.
To properly analyze customer needs and to advance the best possible solution for our customers.
To abide by applicable licensing, registration, and business regulations.
To comply with the laws of every jurisdiction in which you operate.
To disclose accurately all information required by a customer to enable a decision to be made.
To explain the customer what you are going to do and disclose the total price to him/her prior to performing your work.
To hold in strictest confidence and protect all personal, business, and security information available to you as part of your relationship with Pro Tech's dispatch.

Performing jobs on behalf of Pro Tech's dispatch as a subcontractor

Pro Tech's dispatch is a marketing/dispatch company (Dispatch Company) helping consumers connect with the right local service providers based on location and specialty. Per your request to receive leads from the Dispatch Company as a subcontractor, below are the terms that these leads will be assigned to you:

You can provide the following services professionally:
- Locksmith services
All Services will be provided in a professional manner, with reasonable care and skill (including attending to callbacks when necessary), and in full integrity with respect to the customers you are dealing with, and in accordance with the Code of Ethics and the Customer Service Standard Operating Procedure, as well as any state and federal codes which apply to carpet cleaners.
You, at your sole cost and expense, maintain all appropriate and relevant insurances (such as liability insurance, car insurance, health insurance, worker compensation insurance, etc.)
You are solely and exclusively liable for complying with all applicable regulations as well as state and federal law, and you declare that you are holding all relevant licenses and shall provide copies to Dispatch Company if requested. You will notify the Dispatch Company as soon as you stop holding such relevant licenses. No leads should be assigned to unlicensed technicians.
You will respond to the leads assigned to you by letting the Dispatch Company if you are available to take the lead and be at the customer site in a timely manner after receiving the lead.
Dispatch Company reserves the right to assign the lead to another subcontractor if you do not meet its standard of operation.
You shall compensate the Dispatch Company a fee equal to a % of the price of the service provided as agreed when you have established your subcontracting relationships with the Dispatch Company (minus the cost of the parts used to provide the service) which is the cost of the lead, billing services, call center cost, customer service cost, as well as other associated costs with the lead (breakdown of services provided will be discussed during our onboarding call).
Dispatch Company will not tolerate a mismatch between the $ amount of the parts/tax and the total job. Such mismatch will result in losing the opportunity of working with the Dispatch Company as well as with the Dispatch Company obtaining its rights via other legal measures. You are solely liable to pay all sales tax in the state in which you operate.
Our relationship will be that of an independent contractor, and nothing in our relationship should be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
The Dispatch Company or the subcontractor may terminate the relationship at any time for any reason by giving at least thirty (30) days’ notice in writing to each other; if a breach of the above terms and conditions (or the exhibits) was made, and such breach was not recovered by a 5 day period following the breach, an immediate termination will take place.
By taking leads from the Dispatch Company you hereby agree to the above terms. If for any reason, you feel that you do not comply with the above terms then please let us know and we will cease referring leads your way.
