You can contact the technician who serviced you or you can contact us. Our customer service representatives are here to connect and mitigate between you, the consumer, and the local service provider to ensure that every service was to the complete satisfaction of all parties involved.

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, cash, and invoicing for corporate accounts (OAC).

$29 is the service fee for the tech to come out and inspect and assess what needs to be done; once the tech is on site he will see what he has to do and he will let you know the exact price before he starts the work.

We do not have a store front location. We are a call center and we dispatch the technicians to your location.

We use a secure credit card system where we can send whoever is paying for the services a credit card authorization form via fax or e-mail. Simply fill out the form and send it back to us.

It depends on your insurance policy, however we can send a formal invoice to you or your insurance agent with provided contact information via fax or e-mail.

That would be a personal choice, but since the technicians come out to you, that cuts the cost of having to tow your vehicle to the dealer.

Yes. The service fee is for when the technician comes on site. If you do not call to cancel your order, and the technician shows up, you ARE still responsible to pay the fee.

It is absolutely your choice, many service technicians chose the option of having us as their back office to be able to provide a much better service for their clients without having the need to deal with scheduling, billing, customer service and many other administrative tasks that are not in their DNA. Our goal is to provide superior administrative service here at our call center and the service provider to provide even better service on site.
